For adults (16+) This exciting new weekly session is a combined aerial conditioning, silks and hoop class. Working on mounting, dismounting, climbing and poses, this class will ensure you get fit, confident, strong and flexible. £5 per session. you need to wear something you can easily move in which is comfortable but not too baggy. Leggings (two pairs so they're not see through!) or joggers are good, and a long or short sleeved top or leotard. A water bottle would also be a good idea.
