Our aerial dance programme offers participants the chance to improve strength and flexibility in a challenging and unique discipline.
Our classes cover aerial hoop and silks, with occasional one-off workshops using other specialist aerial equipment. The Beginners sessions are tailored to those just starting their aerial journey or for those who have been out of practice.
Places on our regular classes are extremely
limited. However, we are always looking to gauge interest in our programme and want to hear from you if you're interested in taking part.
